What is Support coordination in the NDIS?

Support coordination assists you to make the best choice of your support in the NDIS plan. Support coordination includes additional value to your plan such as: 

  • Understand and use you NDIS plan to pursue your goals
  • Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream, and other government services.
  • Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your support and live independently.

How will Family Care Australia help NDIS participants?

Support coordinators will help NDIS participants with different things depending on several aspects:

  • what the participant’s goals, needs and circumstances are.
  • what is funded in the participant’s plan.
